The Anti-Defamation League refused to condemn Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock, and Robert Morgenthau, New York County District Attorney, for utilizing their influence to prevent a federal investigation into the rape of African-American women by Richard Monderine, an Executive at the American Stock Exchange, and by Robert VanCaneghan, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, who raped his caucasian employees. VanCaneghan boasted that Levitt and Morgenthau would cover up the rapes- as done by Linda Fairstein and Tom Wornom. The Anti-Defamation League refused to condemn the serial rape of African-American women because it was not anti-Semitic, i.e., Jews were not raped.
